Delivery Information

Delivery Schedule

All orders are dealt with promptly and sent first class so you can expect your delivery to arrive 2 - 3 working days after placing your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery Costs

We charge £5.50 +VAT per 25kg (or part of) up to a 150kg, for delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the products you have ordered. You can see how much your delivery cost will be at any stage by viewing your shopping basket.

These delivery costs are for UK mainland only. Please call for a delivery cost to Northern Ireland or The Scottish Highlands.

Returns Policy

Please notify us within 7 days if any product is defective or not suitable and we will provide instructions for returning it. We will refund the purchase price of the product, minus any transaction fees, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
